  • We are based in Miami, Florida, and proudly serve Miami and the surrounding areas at no additional cost. Events outside this area may include a small travel fee depending on distance.

  • Yes, Party Bites is fully licensed and insured to operate at most parks, event halls, and private venues within Miami and surrounding areas. If a specific location requires additional permits or documentation,we’ll gladly provide them to ensure compliance and a smooth setup.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible, as our calendar fills up quickly. We dedicate time to ensuring every detail — from food to décor and setup — meets your expectations. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. For cancellations, deposits are refundable only if notice is given at least two weeks before the event — no exceptions.

  • Absolutely! You can mix your favorite sweet and salty options to create a personalized Party Bites experience your guests will love.

  • Yes! Every detail — from cups and cutlery to cart décor — can be matched to your event’s theme and color palette.

  • If rain or strong wind is expected, we’ll coordinate with you in advance to adjust timing, location, or setup. Our goal is to make sure your celebration stays as perfect as planned— sunshine or not.

  • Minor changes can be made up to one week before your event, depending on availability.

  • Each service typically lasts 2.5 to 3 hours, and our team arrives about 45 minutes to 1 hour early to handle setup and decoration. Professional staff members are always present throughout the event to serve guests and ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

  • Some stations — such as Bubble Waffles, Soft Serve, or Açai — may require access to power. We’ll confirm all setup details in advance to ensure everything runs seamlessly.

  • Yes! Our menu can be adapted to suit halal, kosher, or vegan preferences upon request. Please let us know your dietary needs when placing your order so we can make the proper accommodations.
